The number of members you have in your loyalty program shouldn't even be a top 20 KPI. It's not a helpful metric. What is helpful is around the number of active members you have. And activity really varies by brand. If someone hasn't engaged with you for a long time, they're not useful and I wouldn't necessarily count them.
