The Importance of Retention

If you have high retention, that either means the product is amazing and or they're very high switching costs to get off of it. So whoever wants to jump on this grenade, go for it. The difference between a waterfall snowball and what's included in the calculation of these water-based objects. Those weren't good enough. Snowballs have replaced waterfalls. And what did they say?
