With heartbreak you can try to numb it. You can tell yourself i've moved on but that storage is taking up energetic resources in our body as proven by the fact that something can set off in old trauma. There was a lot of energy in there this suddenly bursts out right so i think that's where these where there's dr. Joe's meditation techniques with the heart math work of coherence and we have to allow ourselves to feel what we have felt. It takes some faith not necessarily faith in god but faith in yourself at least for us to be able to go through life without wallowing or feeling victimized.
