The Importance of Diversity for Teams
i think the team, i think it depends on the task at hand. Some people really need dead lines and a lot of pressure in order to work well. It's a pupil with a very active dopomin system. And other pupils perform best when they have open office space and lots of chatty colleagues around. People are just different. And i think work plise environment needs to respect these differences.
