Do You Have a Down Timer?

We all have this core that flips on and off. And one of those is our circadian rhythms. When we look at our phones at night or watching t b, we're accidentally sending the signal that it's still daytime. So if you're still awake after 20 minutes, get out of bed. Get out of bed, go sit in a chair, read, maybe do some gentle stretching. If you fall asleep suddenly, stop acting like that's a good thing. It actually is usually a sign of chronic sleep deprivation.
