How Do You Train for High Intensity Training?

The high intensity training in the pre seasion, i might do it one once a week. A day dedicated to the intervals, liclitic intervals. If we're talking about a rower, they have to be closer to about six minutes. When you do the zone to training, it's quite demanding. Is not just wriding or running easy. Its very demanding. And when you add high intensity training, obviously, that's quite dhemanding. So it's very important to build a good recovery days.
