Is There a Difference Between the Office and the Home?
Open plan offices or cubicles aren't really social spaces, and they're not really solitude either. It's that attempt to solve for the average, which I think really failed in that case. There are different kinds of work, and we probably instinctively know the environment in which we perform different functions. So, by view, as if you've got to write anything, you basically have to just lock yourself in a room. That idea of at least electing that you've got different lanes for different things is going to be the way that some firms differentiate.
