The Origins of High Intensity Interval Training
High intensity interval training is based on the idea of going hard for, you know, 20 seconds or whatever. And it potentially led to the birth of CrossFit and I don't think this is going to be a surprise to anybody given how we've talked about CrossFit before. We're going to look at some of the original high-density interval training papers. If you want to read either of them I am actually going to put the link up to the second paper on the website.
