Whatever we are continuously feeding ourselves and doing is going to become the default network right so if I'm waking up and not feeling pleasure then that's going to be my default. So creating a pleasure practice in the morning just laying with myself and holding my wand by my heart as I'm meditating and breathing and then feeling into how my yoni and my belly and my hips feel like your genital area feels on the day.
