SNE - How Did You Get Feedback From the Right People?

Most of the users we acquired just through online reach. I went around and gave talks at every meetup I could find. It was very intentionally focused on getting the product to be successful on its own building, that sort of product-led approach. In terms of user feedback, we didn't do anything especially methodical. We connected Twitter to our Slack and we were super responsive every time somebody did that. One of the things that we learned from a little bit later is at the beginning we were very fearful of asking people to register. And so we really intentionally delayed some of those outreach, some of those favors.
