How I Got My First CRO Job

In university, it's a time where people are trying to get through the age of breaking out of their shell. So I guess I can sort of see that link between the personal development aspects of CRO but how did you kind of parlay that into an actual job? Like do you know that there was a job out of this or was it just sort of organically something that happened? Yeah it was basically organically. He came into an online marketing role in 2011-ish and as was when he also first did his first A-B test.
