Eating late diserrupts our sleep; this is what yogis do. They know intelligently, you know, best to eat. And if we can understand that biologically, yes, if you killed an animal in the evening, you're going to eat it in the evening or late in the day. There's benefits to being more connected to nature. Besides, we don't need to devolvelike we have these minds ability to observe and understand phenomena.
