Sally Kohn: What did the initial launch of sort of pilot and kin look like when you think about go to market strategies for both of these these products? She says they were both marked by their discipline. And so we like deliver it on a really simple use case for a really specific group of customers very well for the first kind of six months, build up trust that way. Kohn: I actually watched the launch phase of a company called TimeCheet happen over the last kind of six weeks. The founder was able to form a committed community around the product by requesting product feedback frequently in the time leading up to through development up to launch.
