Seeing Doubt as Doubting
We have to be on the alert not to be taken in by the masquerade of doubt as wisdom. We experience aversion in a wide variety of ways, Anger, hatred, annoyance, irritation, fear, ill will, the judging mind. And they're all conditioned reactions to what we find unpleasant. If we keep practicing seeing doubt as doubt, we can really free our minds from this particular pattern. It's tremendously enlivening, not only of our medication, but of our entire lives.
