Make an Impact on People's Lives
BJ is 65 years old going through what you have in your life. I think it's never too late to to be kind to somebody make an impact on their lives and that's what I try to do in the restaurants anyway because people need each other. People ask me when you want to retire you're 65 I don't want to I'm having too much fun and in the business and you know and a Friday night or Saturday night's hard it's all day but it man when you go home you feel like you've done something especially if you've made a friend and so that's how we keep our people is we know that we know them and they know that we care
