I feel those two, you mentioned go hand in hand with people doing too much and potentially over training. I've had clients in the past like there was one guy who's again, a victim addicted to Cali just, you know, six times a week, seven times a week even training. And I'm like, bro, you need time to recover. So yeah, I think like you said, those two points are what are things people should definitely focus on. Have a training journal, have a workout log, because that way you can actually see and be your own coach.
