You Know Insider Rounds Um You Know if the Company Really Needs Money
If the company truly needs money right it's not able to get outside capital it needs to pass the hack around you know existing investors to extend runway. There are tax and legal considerations um and fiduciary duties that need to be thought through in that process. You might need to incentivize investors to invest or put more money in a company to get it to that next checkpoint. Sometimes from the outside looking in those terms can look pretty sweetRight so they're called "sweetheart deals"
