It's really hard to gain size and strength on a ketogenic diet, just because t's so hard to eat the right amount of calory. If you have all kinds of auto ammune issues, and your guts all messed up in the only way you feel good is by eating a kitoginic diet, bingo,. then it is the best diet for you to build muscl on. And it's worked well for losing body fat. But i would say absolutely not.
