Rehab and Performance Shouldn't Be Separated
i think you hat the nail on the head when you said that progressive overload is basely grated exposure. And i don't think that many, many peop consider that as the second aspect of it, to reduce the risk of injury,. or over use, or over training sindrom. I a, butab, i think that's something h that's often overlooked, that's well said. A well periodized plan is one that mitigates that risk without compromising too much on trying to improve performance.
