Are You on the Hot Seat?

In a minority of cases, CTOs have hired me but primarily it's a business people and they have raised funding. Now they are on the hot seat. They're supposed to deliver. The problems can be the tech doesn't work properly. Crashes, tanks, it's full of bugs. It can be project management. Features are never delivered. Even the people who are in the company are perhaps kind of uninterested in working in the problems. I'm looking to move out of India specifically to the US and to developed countries in general. So far they've all been in India.
