Customer Interviews - It's Just a Conversation

This is a really good way to empathize even more with your prospects and customers. I remember sitting down with one of my very first managers in this company that i chose to work at, an he went, larry, he goes, i'm not going to ask you to memorize these scripts any more. But what i'm gonna ask you to do is understand the foundation of it and make it your own. That's why i'm a big fan of nonscripted conversations. It's like pure gold braith there.
