The Importance of Sleep
As a society, we don't value sleep very highly. Work places prioritize long hours and a culture of hard work. School schedules start early making it hard for students to get adequate sleep. Social events mostly go late into the night, cutting into our bedtimes. But science says that tired driving can be just as bad as drink driving.
