I think the next one which we've already touched upon is just be aware of your toxic thinking patterns. Acknowledge that it's toxic and that you yourself, if you're going to give advice to someone else to not do what you're doing, then you just know like don't do it. I'd say my final point would just be to try and focus on being grateful. Because at the end of the day, most of us, hopefully listening and us too, we are healthy.
