I've Done the Most Meditation Ever This Year

This year i've done the most meditation ever. I don't think i will stop, because i don't know how i wasn't doing it before. It's likeo exercise for your brain. There are clear benefits right to that ten minutes of your day when you don't have to think about that other stuff. Just choose not to think about i late decide that you're ging to try and focus away from everything. You can pick up your worries later, but this is emoment. That's what i think the biggest learning is,. thinking about myself five years ago, ten years ago, how much i was more so caught up in my own head - which i still am
