How Do You Handle Ghosting?
Make sure you have a good previous call the success of your follow up call or even if it ever happens is always dependent on the previous call. Ask them which areas they're having their biggest challenge in and what they'd like to see covered in training. By what day will you have that all done by when do you think you'll have that completed? And then we have a solid commitment for the next call. It's common sense tells you that you're probably going to minimize the ghosting at the other end.
