How Do We Make It Harder for People to Eat Less?

The variety of our food supply hasn't increased in those foods that we consider to be the healthiest. We have all these different varieties of cookies and ice creams and potato chips and cereal, so that's going to encourage us automatically out of our consciousness you know, to consume more. Another big change is portions sizes. So if now my portion itis even f double the size that it used to be, i will probably eat more. Or i have to work harder to leave food on my plate, or not eat at all, or that kind of thing. Those two things alone, we think, are big, big drivers of what makes it harder for people to engage in healthier choices
