The Dichotomy of Movement and Pain
When we start to increase speed of movement, we need to stop queuing and coaching and focusing on like each part of our body so much. This is what I think coaches and therapists miss this part because often we're heavy on, okay, can you feel your foot? Can you feel your hip? Can you feels this area of your body? Of course, the best athletes again, when they increase speed, they can't tell you what they feel anywhere. They are focused, so focused on the task of getting to the ball. And that is a really big lesson for people in pain as well.
