Customer Experience - What's Interesting About This?

Rick's Carlton is known for exceptional customer experience, right? Chick-fil-A as well, to be honest. So when you compare that with some of the other types of organizations that would be listening to this podcast that are in traditional field service industries,. they often haven't had that expectation of really focusing on customer experience. But I think many of them became so hyper-focused on the customer experience that they never really connected that dot of the employee experience.
