The Electric Clean Capacity Is Remarkable at 230 Watts

Athletes can use somewhere between two and three grams per minute of glucose. That's about 700 calories an hour from glucose being oxidized aerobically, not anaerobically as people would assume. To move 300 watts, 280 watts, you need to use a lot of glucose as well. And this is what we see in our work-class athletes that when they first start doing these kind of trainings, they bonk many of them.
