So first start with just five minutes and then slowly over time increase it by five minute increments. Haryon, nam lam, mam vam, sim brahm, vam yam, yam ham, shiva ham, swah, haryon,. And those sounds don't have any intrinsic meaning. They're just simply pure primordial sounds for balancing the body.
