I was talking to a client this week about their alarm didn't go off and they told me that they set a bunch of different alarms. But then I asked them, well, are all of these alarms on your phone? And they said yes. The problem was with the phone. That's not your backup. You can also do things like lay out your clothes the night before. Now one of the things that I try to do, you know, I, on most days, work out in the morning. So I get my workout clothes ready to go. And that's what I get into right when I wake up before I even go downstairs and start my morning.
