Why I Always Get So Bloated Post-Workout

You might be swallowing a lot of air when you're working out. Low air pressure causes gases to expand by about 30%. All of the normal air and gas that is in your GI tract when you are in the air is now taking up 30% more space. And then when you come down, the gas pressure in the bowel is probably going to induce some farting.
