UberX - What's the Difference?

We assumed that because the opportunity was so large and everything we were seeing, that there would be more competition coming. It wasn't a big surprise. I think over the course of the few years we've been doing this, it's made us better. And frankly, I think both companies grow faster. How do you make the case that actually you should go with us and not them?
