How Do You Negotiate a Mortgage?

I could afford to pay more money for the house if i knew how to negotiate the mortgage. I've done 500 million dollars worh thef mortgage transaction, 500 million dollars that i have debt on. How are you going to simply negotiate a pay race? Nobody teaches aand teaches o this in college. People are paying forty thousand dollars a year to go to ollege and they don't even have a course on how do i get a damn race?
