Choosing a co‑founder and early trust

WellWithAll is a purpose-led health and wellness company built on an inclusive capitalism model that reinvests 20% of its profits into health equity initiatives to help close the wellness gap across generations. Demond Martin, co-founder and CEO of WellWithAll, joins Kim Posnett, global co-head of Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, to discuss his transition from a 21-year career on Wall Street to becoming a founder, and how his philosophy of building deep, value-aligned relationships—as described in his book Friends of the Good—has shaped his approach to mentorship and leading a mission-driven business.
