The Importance of Repetition of Movement

The idealized pattern is starting from a finite position, isn't it? Stationable stationary person. When you bring speed, velocity, direction, and other things into the beginning of a movement, then the biomechanics are influenced. And I think that's interesting because you are going to end up in positions that you haven't practiced under speed and loads. Your body needs to be able to cope with those or as well as get into them. After, yes, you've got to get out of it, you could be able to land something, for example, or safely exit a position. But it's not about repeating anything.
