What's the Worst Case?

When did you finally realize, ok, wait a minute, like, i could be the most dominant, like teamridge in town? We were already getting there, because we did things that other agents didn't do. I told somebody long ago that people said, oh, she's crazy. Why are you doing open houses? You're crazy. Those crazy people in california are doing and it works well for them. Let's try it, right?
