The first sign of threat mode is chronic tension, because our muscles are held in a state of readiness to be ready to respond and so we just stay tense. Another is it can feel like there's just too much thoughts that going on in our head. We tend to find ourselves feeling rushed, like we're always rushing through things, trying to get to the next thing. So if you're chronically in threat mode, it's really important to figure out, is this anything real?
