The Importance of Vision in Selling

When it's time to sell for somebody to command pop dollar and the higher end of whatever the multiple spectrum is, you need a vision that people can believe in. The buyers need to see vision because people will pay for growth. You've got to reduce minimize the dependency on the selling shareholders. So vision, growth phase, reducing dependency, developing incentives for the members of the leadership team to stay involved post transactions.
