I think it comes down to emotion and logic, right? A lot of people think with emotions. I've learned at a very young age that it's so much more powerful to think with logic. So if someone comes to me with an upsetting email, I take a day. And then I respond because the next day I'm logical. You have to really think logical, especially when it comes to business.
