Is Overuse a Thing?

I don't think many of these aches and pains that happen happen because of not nough, novelty in training. I think it's just the overall volume i think it's aa, not listening to your body. Nick: You're more likely to build resiliency than then get injured simply from doing the same thing over and over again. Overuse juryis? Is that well defined? And do people get that right when they talk about it colloquially? Yes, very rarely.
