How Did You Become a Chef?
By the time he was 14, Daniel Boulud decided that he wanted to be a cook. "I had a sense that, you know, good food didn't have to be fancy, but it had to be good" His mother found him a job in a restaurant called Nondron in Lyon and she took care of his career from there. He's now working as an executive chef at Le Monde magazine.
