I was really taken with the discussion of tower records in Japan, you know, on the one hand you've got effectively the kind of collapse of this business in the United States. And yet in Japan, it's a triumph and is somewhat of like an iconic cultural destination as much as it is a thriving business. So how does that illustrate the kind of the shift away from single creative geniuses to organizations?
