Nelson: One thing we spoke about before is the end of compliance culture but what I hadn't realized until I read some data recently around this is that maybe it's actually being driven by employees. In 2018 20 percent of employees were saying they were learning for personal development is the primary reason which has risen to 57 percent in last year's report. And then there's been a decrease in the amount of people who said they were learning purely for mandatory sort of compliance purposes it decreased from 59 percent in 2018 to just 29 percent in the most recent one so yeah we're kind of seeing in the numbers that maybe employees are also helping drive this end of the compliance culture as wellYeah and I think
