How Did You Become a CPO at Woop?

Sally Kohn: You had the unique experience of working with tons of different companies as an advisor, writing a book and then going and being a CPO. So how did you approach actually taking that sort of perfect world advice and like putting it into practice at whoop? She says there are certain things that you write about that then maybe don't apply in a specific situation. But she also realized some of those kinds of things while the principle may be sound, the actual application of it needs to be adjusted a little bit.
