I'm actually really excited to see how you go at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships because of that. And I mean, maybe we talked directly about this year because your form has been probably as good as it's ever been really. What does the training that you and Tim have been doing looked like in the lead up to the 70.3 world champs so far?Yeah, so it's kind of been a funny year. I kind of passed out in Miami, so then we came home, I had to get some heart tests and it kind of made me ground for a little bit in one place.
