People ask, how much weight should I lift? Oh, yeah. And it depends on the exercise. The bigger muscle group, big compound lifts, you're going to be able to use a lot more weight than a little isolation exercise like a bicep curl. You don't have to take that same pair of dumbbells and use it for everything. Most people are going to start, like, very, very weak. But there are outliers. Andy Bolton is an outlier. He's the first time he ever lifted over 500 pounds. It's like, well, man, not everyone is going to be like that. This isn't a you versus other people agenda.
