How Do You Mentally Review Your Locations?

I noticed that you mentally review your locations in a similar manner to Alex Mullen. I personally prefer to first review everything mentally because it's faster than typing it down. And not only that, like the reason of speed is important because this way you get faster to the last information. So you avoid maybe losing it because you're spending too much time typing the first information down. That's the first reason. But the second reason I do it is because when we review mentally, you can get much more focus on the imagesYou can retrieve much better information that is not very clear and so by closing my eyes and reading the palace, I feel like I can better retrieve information and be more focused
