Concentration Versus Mindfulness?
A inge breath is a just turng and breathe as silently as possible. To me, concentration is like one pointed awareness. My mind wanders off, i bring it back to my breath. An inch of breath is actually more breath awareness than just a breath breath regulation. A moment of mindfulness is not when our minds are clear. The moment of mindful is actually when we're having the thought, and this is what the thought is.
