In this Bite Size from episode #45 Andrew and Dr Tom Buckley discuss how they got their start in using cold therapy, Andrew when he trained for an English Channel swim and Dr Tom from the age of 3 when cold was used in medical treatments.

Dr Tom talks about how the body is able to adapt to different temperatures and normalise them in a short amount of time, he also shares some of his experience from hospital ICUs where a change in temperature can be a matter of life and death.
